Smart thermostatic valves

I have fitted smart valves to most of radiators successfully but new radiators in garage conversion I just keep getting a spanner symbol can anyone help?

Wondering if i should give up on those two and reinstall old thermostats….would this work?

Are the valve bodies the same as the rest of the house or a different brand? You might need to use an adapter to get it to work correctly or the pin may be too stiff for the TRV to move

Can you post pictures of the valve body without the existing TRV and also the type of existing manual TRV?
