how to turn on rooms!

My schedule doesn't work, at the top it only has turn off all rooms, so the heating turns off at the set points instead of changing the temperature. I can drag the temperature up on the heating button, but it seems to be set to turn off. The top resume schedule button turns it off when I press that. Help!!! I wake up cold. the turn off seems to be over riding the schedule. and I can't see how to change it.

I'm not very IT skilled and am struggling here

    is it down to your geofencing set up?

    I can't thank you enough!! Looked in the geofencing and yes it had been set to away. All good now and I am beyond grateful for your response.
