Worcester Bosch ‘Quick Tap’
Hi all, I’ve just had a Worcester Bosch greenstar 4000 installed. It’s supposed to have a ‘quick tap’ feature where you turn the hot water tap on for a couple of seconds, turn it off and and wait for 20-30 seconds and then hot water comes out instantly.
This hasn’t worked since the boiler was installed, the tado works in general to control heating, I used this tado with my old boiler.
I’m just wondering whether the tado could be responsible for the feature not working.
If anyone has any ideas then that would be great.

Did you install the wiring? If so, did you set it up to use D31 settings on EMS-BUS? If so, get hold of Tado support and they can track the communication between the combie and the app.
