Romm thermostat not calling Combi Boiler on

I have two room thermostats one upstairs hydraulics, one downstairs, the one upstairs working fine, but the stat downstairs fails to night the boiler when the schedule calls, it was working last season fine, any ideas ?

    Is that stay linked to a particular room? If so try raising the temperature for that room via the app. Then, does the colour change for that room on the app and then fire the boiler?
    If the colour changes but the boiler doesn't fire you need to check whatever device is acting as your zone controller.
