Wireless receiver not connecting to bridge so boiler doesn't respond and schedule not stuck to
Moved into a house last month with Tado. Set up an account okay and connected to the thermostat. Internet bridge set-up next to internet router but seemed too far away to connect to the receiver which is connected to the boiler. Took the time to buy a WiFi booster so the internet bridge is now connected much closer to the receiver. Bridge seems to be working fine with three fixed lights showing they are up (power, cloud and ) and scanning light flashing for pairing with receiver. Receiver WiFi light continues to be flashing/pulsing but not showing a fixed light to be successfully connected/paired. See picture below, WiFi icon light continues to flash. Pairing is active in the app.
All of this means the only way to have heating is by manually clicking button on receiver to override the system and provide heating. We don't have any benefits of being able to control via thermostat or app and stick to any kind of schedule.
Tado not provided support via Chat so using this platform as a desperate measure. There seems to be no other way of contacting Tado directly and speaking to anyone.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Perhaps take this in steps.
- If under 20 feet, in my experience, whatever is in the way, they should pair. Please remove the wiring for the receiver, wire a simple power supply to it and sit it right next to the bridge.
- Power it and see if they settle down together - and make sure they see each other in the App. When right next to each other the app, the bridge, the receiver will at least establish a handshake and establish their ids in each others records.
- If they dont, its time to return the kit to the vendor, report it as faulty, have it swapped entirely.
- If they do, move the receiver back to the boiler, wire up and try again. By this time the app and the bridge should have memory of all the relevant device ids and should not have to work as hard to establish a handshake. If you get to this step and there is still trouble, come back here.
