Tado X SRT battery

Does anybody know how I can order spare batteries for the Tado X SRTs? I work away from home for long periods and I know from experience with the V3+s that my wife will ignore emails about low batteries and will wait until a room she wants to be hot is cold before she will change the batteries. We always have eneloops sitting in the charger so she can swap out the dead batteries and get the room heating immediately. It will be the same with the new ones, she won't want to wait till the battery is charged before getting the heating working, she will expect there to be a fresh battery waiting to swap in. It seems they are in the EU shop but not the UK shop.

    Sorry, I meant to give an update earlier … Tado support did respond to me the very next day, though with further explanation of the current situation, rather than any immediate solution. Full text as follows:

    Hello! Since the Europe market has has line X available for longer, some accessories are already available for it. This might not be the same as for the UK market, since it is considered different and it only received line X very recently. As such, it might have to be necessary to wait before certain articles are available there. I cannot give you an estimate as to when will that be. I hope you understand!

    I would have preferred to order my whole new Tado X kit together, including spare batteries to ease the house-wide battery recharge saga when it comes, but unfortunately that is not to be. I now need to try to remember to look again in a few months, before the radiator thermostats run out of juice.

    Ah good, I'm not the only one looking for this. I would like to have a few spare Tado X smart radiator thermostat rechargeable batteries too, to speed-up and simplify the charging process they all run low. And as mentioned above, the spare batteries don't seem to be available on the UK site.

    Is this the best place to ask for this? Or should we report it elsewhere?
    (after looking around the website I also posted this question through the support chatbot … out of hours, so no-one available immediately, but it suggested someone would respond by email during working hours)
