Thermostat is very slow
Hi,
I have a problem with my thermostat which is placed in my living room.
I also have 2 radiator walves in the same room and 4 walves upstairs in other rooms.
I noticed that the current temperature on the thermostat isn't often the same as in my app (in the living room).
It shows 19.5C now and the app shows 20.4C.
The showing temperature is changing all the time on the thermostat which is normal but can stay the same for hours in the app.
I haven't had this problem before.
I also noticed that my thermostaat is quite often offline.
I can see it in the daily report which I can create in the app.
I can set the temperature through the app and I see it on the thermostaat that it has been changed so there is a connection but I noticed the display reacts very slow.
When I ask the the thermostat to say 'HI' through the app, I only see 'Hi' 2 min later on the thermostat.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Couple of thoughts.
- This link may help Where do I set offset temperature?! — tado° Community to trim your wall thermostat offset by 1 degree centigrade. It isnt an ideal solution but may help.
- The reaction time is preturbing. Logically this would entail your app messaging the Tado servers which then reinstruct the thermostats. It could be the consequence of a bottleneck on the servers.
- Would you contact support through the app and ask them to test the delay times? As we head into winter's window, and given that they've just had a new set of products launched, they may take weeks to respond.
- If nothing happens on their side for two weeks do come back here and we will try to help escalate the issue. The Tado staff who help out here do work hard.
