Smart Thermostat always showing upgrade icon

Hi got a basic setup with V2 Smart Thermostat and internet bridge and all seems to be working ok however recently when I press the button to check temperature or manually adjust the temperature, the thermostat always displays the Upgrade Icon for a couple of seconds. What’s trying to upgrade and how can I force it to finish or get rid of the icon? Thanks

    Hi I have the same issue - started yesterday. But also have another - it doesn't matter if the heating is on or not on the app the 3 heat bars remain. It also doesn't seem to switch off when it gets to temperature and then failed to start this morning.
