I didn't press the button on the control box and change it to gravity fed system. So I got sorted in the end. What heating system you got Tommy?0

I had the problem, when I set up the control box I made sure the button on the far right was pushed until "s plan" was selected, I then tested it and everything worked fine I could turn on heating and hot water separately, I what I didn't realise is that when I put the cover on the controller I accidently pushed the Far right button again (which is covered when the cover is on) and it changed the setting.
Later I found I could not turn on hot water and I had no hot water icon in the app, it wasn't until I went right back to the beginning removed the cover to check my wiring then realised there was another button not showing when the cover was in place, I pushed the button reset the controller back to "S plan" and everything worked perfectly, and the icon appeared in the App.
