Central heating.

I live in an apartment with central heating, so I don't have my own boiler. I bought six Tado X thermostatic valves and a wireless sensor from the X series. Since I don't need to manage the rooms separately, I would like the sensor to work like a normal thermostat, which is usually placed in the coldest point of the house. Is it possible to use the wireless sensor in this way, making it control the six valves all together? Another question: is it possible to connect the sensor to Alexa without using a bridge? Thanks.
