Can a Wireless Temperature Sensor override the Wired Thermostat?

I would like to boost the temperature (of the whole flat) from within a sleeping room. Could a Wireless Temperature Sensor override the temperature settings of the Wired Thermostat?

Can the Wireless Sensor communicate with the boiler through the Bridge+Wired Thermostat?

And will the boiler take orders from both devices, listening to the one requesting the highest temperature?

NB - I don't want to use Smart Radiator Thermostats for this.
