two radiators are not reponding
Hello, we installed Tado in March last year, and it worked perfectly until we switched it on this year. Now, the system functions irregularly. We have a wireless receiver, a bridge in the boiler cabinet, a smart thermostat in the living room, and a thermo valve in three radiators. We scheduled the system to switch on the water, and two radiators at 6:30, but only the water was activated. When manually switched on, all radiators switch on the display, yet the two on schedule remain cold. These two radiators serve the coldest rooms.
Tado's assistance has been slow and unhelpful; they rebooted the system, but it did not resolve the issue. A plumber inspected the system and found no faults, having cleaned the water and removed air. Tado worked correctly on all radiators for two days, then stopped again.
We hesitate to pay another plumber if Tado is the problem. I'm considering reverting to the old system. Has anyone experienced similar issues and can offer guidance?

@ADJoplin , this sounds like the mechanical valve is sticking so even though the Tado TRV is working, the valve pin is sticking shut.
Questions
- Are all your Tado devices showing online in the app?
- Do you hear the TRV motor operate when you increase the set temp above current room temp?
- If you remove the Tado TRV and turn on the heating, does the radiator stay cold?
If the answer to all 3 is Yes, then this is not a problem with the radiator valves and not Tado
It's common for the valves to stick when heating is off over the summer period but your plumber should have found that. Maybe they released them but they stuck shut again when the TRV closed the valve after reaching set temp
If they are sticking, your plumber should be able to change them for not too much cost. If you go down that route, make sure they replace them with a type compatible with the Tado TRV
If any of the answers to my questions is No, then we can dig deeper.
