Is there a utube video showing step by step how to set up the app programmes . Some time the timer its brown some times black, What does this mean?

    @RICE_141 Would you help us out and do the following:

    1. Describe your present heating system, the specific model of boiler, the specific thermostats you have in place, and the type of system (if you know— it could be a Y Plan, S Plan, a gravity fed system or a combie).
    2. Identify the specific Tado products you have established in your home.
    3. Identify whether you have managed to commission the Tado products and make them work- or whether you need help to complete the transition.
      1. If the latter, have you obtained the instructions you need from Tado for your system?
      2. If you have instructions and they are hard to work through, come back and tell us specifically where you need help.

    We can help. However we need to fully understand the hurdles you presently face and the factors you are trying to address in your home.
