Just got the V3+

How do I control my heating if the internet goes off?

    You can still control it manually from the devices in your home but the schedules won't work and obviously it's not possible to use the app as it relies on a working Internet connection

    You can request tado set up offline schedules which is a new feature on beta test.

    Can I check what devices mean? Like the thermostat on the wall? Or still with the phone?

    I mean tado devices - smart thermostat, TRV

    Provided the bridge is connected and has power, you can still manual adjust the temp on the tado device and your heating will come on. You can also control HW manually
