Auto saver
New user. I set the system to reach a temp of 20 degrees and on every occasion it turns it's self off at 16.5 degrees GREEN. I then have to set again for target heat. I think I am asking how do you cancel the auto saving setting.

It sounds like you might be setting temperature targets by manually dragging the temporary manual override slider instead of setting a more permanent schedule.
A manual override will usually reset back to the scheduled target once a change in the scheduled temperature is encountered, or after a time interval set by you. You can also make the override stick permanently until you revert the change or alter it again manually. These are all options that you will see at the bottom of the screen when you drag the override slider.
The tile colour is an indication of how "eco" the set temperature is. So 16.5 is green, 20 is amber, 25 is red, etc.. Grey is "off", which actually means frost protection of 5C.0 -

Whereas the more permanent schedule is elsewhere, accessed by pressing the little calendar icon at the top right of the room tile shown above.
