Since installing Tado my Wi-Fi is now reacting strangely. The signal is weak and all appliances that

Since installing Tado my Wi-Fi is now reacting strangely. The signal is weak and all appliances that are connected to the Wi-Fi keep dropping in and out, including TV laptop and phone. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

  • Can you try moving the bridge further away from your router? Might need to buy a longer network cable to achieve that. It could simply be interference with your particular brand of router. Can you share the make/model of router?

    Some routers do have issues working with the Tado bridge but there are solutions that don't cost much to implement

    In addition to what @davidlyall has suggested, you might want to try setting up a static IP.

    By default we'll work with dynamic IP. If you set a static one, you need to make sure to whitelist your devices to the ports 443 and 53.
