Nothing drawing heat but boiler firing V3

I really don't get this at times. So nothing is showing as taking heat.

Yet my boiler is heating the radiators... This isn't right with everything off. Can't work out what's going on.

Let me update this a bit more. Ive just gone through the bot to send the following to Tado support (not holding my breath). Wonder if anyone can look at the installation I did (see attachments) and tell me if anything is wrong - pretty sure I followed the TADO instructions on upgrading from a Nest thermostat and I'm sure its right but there is always that nagging doubt….

Anyway you can see my room/zone set up in the image below - the set up is as follows :

Hall - Wireless thermostat and 1 x Smart TRV - Thermostat is set as controller

Lounge - 3 x Smart TRV with 1 of them selected as controller and others left as independent

Guest Room - 2 x Smart TRV with 1 as controller

Our Bedroom - 1 x Smart TRV

Upstairs - 2 x Rads with 1 x Smart TRV as the controller and the other has a standard TRV (shut off)

2 x toilets downstairs which both have Towel Rads with normal TRV's on them - so passive devices.

I also have an under plinth heater that ONLY kicks in when the boiler is on heating. So it's effectively a slave device - it can't tell the boiler to turn on.

Have I wired this thing wrong is at the back of my head here … anyone got a view - see wiring here?
