Thermostat offline
Anyone help my wireless thermostat is showing offline. I have internet working and bridge is lit correctly all seems ok. Batteries are ok too just says it's offline

So my wireless thermostat came back on this morning, several resets all usual steps nothing worked but it's come back online. Radiators not coming on though. Re- paired my receiver even though it was connected and paired and heating kicked in? Even though my receiver has a blinking WiFi icon and a error icon light on......what is going on? Thinking of swapping it out for hive!0
