Problem: in my bedroom and bathroom window sensors are off but nevertheless they continue saying win

Window sensors OFF in bedroom and bathroom. But they continue to say windows open and so switch off my 2 radiators .... This is a problem for me. Can anyone help please??? Nadine Italy

    Hello @barbie

    tado° does not support window sensors. Window sensors' readings are therefore not part of tado° thermostats' calculations. tado° devices heat when they deem the room is getting colder than the target temperature.
