Window sensors OFF in bedroom and bathroom. But they continue to say windows open and so switch off my 2 radiators .... This is a problem for me. Can anyone help please??? Nadine Italy

    Hello @barbie

    tado° does not support window sensors. Window sensors' readings are therefore not part of tado° thermostats' calculations. tado° devices heat when they deem the room is getting colder than the target temperature.
