Edited post, disappeared, also need a Tado engineer...

Hi there, new here - wrote a long post about issues I was having with Tado not talking to my boiler. Posted it, found a typo, edited it, and it came up with an error and now the post has disappeared. Dunno if I have it in me to write it all out again, but does anybody know how to get it back. It still says I've made one post (according to my profile) but its not live. Arghhhh

In other news, is a 'Tado engineer' a thing? Looked online but don't think anybody / any company specifically focuses on Tado, and I think thats what i need.

    You could try summarising things again and seeing whether anyone here could offer advice . . .

    Hello @strangegeo Welcome. The community site has many helpful users, best to post your question again and see who answers.

    I've looked at your profile and can only see one post, this one. The Tado community site is hosted on a third-party system. Occasionally,the site has lost posts of mine with multiple edits and images. Long edits arebest made off-line.

    PS. I've only come across one Tado-aware 'Gas Safe' engineer, a contractor for British Gas who serviced our boiler.
