I gave in to the fact that the tado app can't do 2 homes, well, I paid for an annual subscription to Apple, I sent you the payment documents and you still didn't turn on auto assist for me in the second home. I don't understand your laziness. I don't like this approach and am considering returning the thermostats and bridge and canceling both accounts.

    I could only find one Home linked to your email address (the one on Ovčárská). For this home, Auto-Assist was indeed activated. As I cannot find the 2nd home (you probably used a different email address for that one), I cannot see whether Auto-Assist was enabled.

    In any case, Your Auto-Assist subscription is classified as an in-app purchase, so it's handled entirely by the App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on the device you use. If your app store is unable to meet your request, send our agents a copy of their reply, and they will look into it.

    You don't have to open a new chat, simply write back to Pedja, the agent you're already in contact with.
