Wireless receiver is not sending requests for heat to boiler

Hi,

I am using Tado v3 with multiple rooms and Smart Radiator Thermostats in them. I also have wireless bridge connected to my internet router and wireless extention connection to my boiler. Main room has Wireless Thermostat.

Lately I noticed that often temperature in the rooms start falling because my boiler is not switching on even though quite warm temperature is set on radiator themostats. Radiator thermostats have wireless extention connected to the boiler as 'call for heat' device in Tado App Sstting. When it happnes, I have to push the heater button on wireless receiver and start the heating this way. Often I can also see that (!) sign is lit on the receiver. How can i find out what issue on receiver is causing it? There are no errors in the app when it happens.

    Probably poor radio frequency communication between the Bridge and the Wireless Receiver. The answer is to bring them closer together, in my case I achieved this by extending the receiver's cabling . . .
