What happened to my post?

I just posted https://community.tado.com/en-gb/discussion/26041/atdvanced-system-compatibility-and-boiler-modulation/ and it's not visible anywhere?

What happened? Can an admin re-instate.

@Cyrax Hello. I’ve looked in the spam queue and moderator queue, there is no sign of the post. Occasionally, the forum will lose posts of mine that have been edited, particularly with images. Sorry, you’ll have to repost.

@Cyrax Sorry, I know how frustrating it can be.

  • There is something certainly wrong with this platform. I don't know what software tado is using here but just had a comment deleted on this post. It might have an issue with urls in posts. All I was doing was attaching imgBB links to images.

Kind of embarrassing such a large corporation is not using a well implemented online community platform.

@Cyrax Sorry that it's happened again. For posting images, it's easiest to use a PC/Laptop and web browser. That seems to be more consistent than using a tablet. If it's long post, editing off-line and then posting a copy works for me.

Fyi, the community platform is a widely implemented commercial product - Vanilla.
