Navien NCB300 - No hot water option
Hello all, I have recently moved into a new property which has an Navian NCB300 combi boiler and Tado V3+ system in place.
There were no instructions on the systems left behind but scanning QR codes on the devices in the app was an easy enough set-up. I've noticed that I can only control my heating. The boiler fires as expected and the radiator valves open and close etc.
I have pressed the test button on the receiver for hot water and nothing happens. No light and no action from the boiler.
The old owner happened to drop by last night to collect some late mail and I asked him about it, he was surprised to see no hot water option in the app. He claims that it worked for him just fine. Something else to note is that the Navien NCB300 model is not listed in the app during setup. I've chosen what I believe to be the closest option which is the NCB500.
I need to remove the front cover off the receiver tonight and see how things are wired to confirm the previous owner was correct in saying it worked before.
The receiver is currently on firmware 94.2 - I've no idea if this is the latest or not.
Has anyone else had experience with this setup? I'm at a loss right now as to what to do.
