Issue with Tado smart knobs/ thermostat.

Hello, i have the tado thermostat X + smart x knobs.

I have installed them in my house -

The living room has an underfloor heating and is controlled by the main thermostat which is wired to the wall by the two cables (a,b) ( i guess this is how the Thermostat X communicates with the CV)

in addition i replaced the knobs with the smart x knobs in every room.

the only pace that does not use the smart x knob is the underfloor heating ( i saw the system has a knob by itself )

Above - this is how my valves looks like - i installed on them the adapter in order to fir the knob.

The knob notified that the installation was successful.

The issue is - i tried to heat up only one room - but it seems that no matter which room i turn on - all rooms heat up - like the knobs really does not close the radiators.

What is wrong? it seems that the entire system is not functioning.

Can you please help ?

P.S

i must admit that the tado support is completely useless and answers with totally unrelated answers without really paying attention to the question, really bad service.

    Maybe i used the wrong adapter for the knobs?
    if that the case can you please suggest what adapter should i use? it seems that the issue is somewhere there.
