Using Tado App - VIdeo suggestions please.

I'm trying to convince other trustees to let me install a Tado V3 2-zone system in our village hall and am looking for a SIMPLE YouTube video showing how to use the app. Most include talk of radiator thermostats, Air Comfort. Geo Location options etc which are not relevant and will only confuse.

Failing that (or even as well as!) can anyone recommend where I can get screen shots or the app in use particularly if they show settings for individual weekdays.

Any suggestions readers?

Hello @VH42 The scheduling principles are very simple. Room, time of day, temperature.

Screen shots for your trustees …

    • Top level screenshot with three Rooms and the Hot Water.
      - Kitchen 19.7 deg C. Scheduled. Heating to 20 deg C.
      - Falstaff 12.7 deg C. Scheduled. OFF and 'Frost Protection'.
      - Bathroom 17.6 deg C. Manual setting (the small hand). OFF and 'Frost Protection'.
      - Hot Water. Scheduled. OFF.
    • Daily schedule for the Study.
    • Weekly schedule for the Kitchen.
    • Tap the KItchen button. Brings up the Manual adjustment slider.
    • Tap the Study button. The Manual adjustment slider changing the Study temperature and timer. Manual setting to 12 deg C until the next time block.

Button colours indicate the temperature setting. GREY = OFF. GREEN = LOW temperature. Orange = WARMish.

There are a lot more settings that your village hall trustees probably don't want to know about.

Our Help Center contains gifs like this one or this one, which might come in handy. Just search for a topic in the Help Center and, chances are, you'll be able to find a matching gif.
Otherwise, official tado° videos can be found on our YouTube channel.

  • Thank you wateroakley. That Study screen shot was just what I was after - showing separate weekday control. So many of images/videos I've found so far assume mon-fri will be the same and that was one of the hurdles in convincing others.
