Return and refund

Hello.

My return request was agreed and sent to the relevant team but they don’t bother replying and every time I send another message have the trouble of explaining again and people conflicting the information already given.

I am trying to return the new X system and will stick with the V3 I had due to the amount of issues with the X.

Your lack of replies and proactiveness is just alienating a customer that has been using your system for over 5 years. It is really disappointing.

How do I escalate the return and refund process that has been agreed?
