Would there be a conflict
So I live in a bungalow and have upgraded my standard wired wall thermostat with a Tado Wireless V3. All good and works well. However, I want to upgrade my rads to smart rads. How will the wall thermostat interact with the rads? I assume that each room will call for heat as and when but what happens to the wall thermostat? How do the rads and wall stat work together? Also, it’s a must to have every rad controlled by a smart TRV, is that right? I want to have warm towels in the bathroom (towel/radiator combo). If I set the rail to come on, the boiler will deliver heat to any non smart TRV won’t it?
Thanks
Rob

Is the wall 'stat is located in a room with a radiator and you intend to add a Tado TRV to that radiator? If so, both devices should be added to the same logical room in Tado and you just set the wall thermostat to be the measuring device. It will then manage the TRV in that room. In that situation, you can save a little money by buying the basic model of TRV
What other Tado equipment do you currently have installed? If it's just the smart thermostat, then it will become the zone controller for the other rooms that you add smart TRVs to. If one of them calls for heat, the smart thermostat will trigger the boiler.
You are correct that any radiators with dumb TRVs will get heat if another room is calling for heat. This is a good way to ensure warm towel radiators but can still be problematic in summer when you don't normally have the heating on.
Hope this makes sense
