Offline schedule not working

I woke up this morning, checked the app to see if everything was working. App shows heating and hot water has been offline since 1 am this morning and is following offline schedule, hub is showing 3 lights.

It's now 05:45 hot water should have come on at 05:15 and still showing offline with a big X. I had to manually switch off the boiler and Tado is now back online (communication error).

I'm lucky I woke up or I would have had a cold shower and the heating would have stayed off too. Is this feature still in Beta, if so, is there a timeline for completion. Are there any other users experiencing this issue (heating/hot water).
