Compatibility with Uponor system

I've run the compatibility checker which suggests that I can use these thermostats, but I'm not convinced it's really covering all cases.
We have a moderately complicated (wired) Uponor underfloor system. The important feature (I believe) on deciding compatibility is that we have wired thermostats, wired into a zoned wiring centre (in fact several zoned wiring centres). I just can't see how Tado would work with this.
Tangentially, I spoke to Uponor about moving to wireless in general and they essentially said that I'd need to rip the entire system out and replace it by their branded wireless system.
