How long does it take TODO to send a customised instruction for wiring extension box ?

    With my installation it did not take long but I was going round in circles until I managed to get someone on the phone to walk me through it and who was, at the same time, doing their own customising. Ultimately, if your extension has been wired properly, you still need to get in touch with Tado to make it go "live" and link any thermostats if necessary, or at least that is what they explained to me.


    For the wiring, if you have not already done it, it is dead easy, you just need to be sure of your current configuration.
