My mobile works perfectly fine with the geo-fencing, but my wife’s doesn’t. When she goes out, she is shown still at ‘home’, I have checked the settings on her mobile and they are the same as mine, so has anyone had the same problem??

    I can suggest (Android phones) to check whether the phone has some battery management for the Tado app in the background. Different Android versions have these setting in different places on the settings menu, so that is usually something that can be stopping Tado to use GPS for geofencing to work "properly". But if you are in an early stage of deploying Tado, you will be better off to keep away from them.

    Yes - same here. All settings (Samsung S9) including battery management all set as required but she still stays at home!!
