Position of my TRV

In the bedroom we have 2 rads both with Tado TRVs which I have recently purchased. The app often gives me the message "No remote access" for one of the TRVs and I've tried rebooting the bridge (didn't help) and then using the app to remove from my system (it took so long to get it configured again!). So I swapped the position of the 2 TRVs and now the faulty TRV is working ok and the other one has the same problem (i.e. "No remote access"). The position of this TRV is behind the bed (metal frame). Is there a problem with the position? Any help please?

    Certainly sounds like a comms problem. Try moving the bed (even if it cannot be permanent) to prove/disprove the issue.

    I have moved the bed (pulled it away from the radiator 6" or 15cm) and since then the issue has gone away. I will report back if things deteriorate
