I started to setup an Extension Kit, but turns out it is not compatible with my system. Now I have an Unfinished Installation shown in my Devices and there is no way to remove it. Screenshot attached. Any ideas?

The answer is to contact TADO customer service directly. I use the online chat facility. They are really helpful.
Just before you suggest it, the three dots menu only gives me the option to link to the Help Centre, unfortunately.
Then click on the blob/circle in the bottom left corner
