why is this happening all of a sudden (used to work)? the temperature seems to be correct, and there is connection to the devices. Notice that event the outdoor temperature fails to show.

okay, thanks! chekked, but it said server:operational so I supposed that meant that everything was ok.

We have been experiencing some ongoing issues with the report and its underlying database. You can find out more about it following this link:

At the moment, some data might not be accessible but we are working to rectify this. 

This will not affect your tado° functionality but just the reports in the app.
