AC Fan speed

Hi, I just installed my Tado a few weeks ago and everything has been running smoothly. Today I realized that whenever I control my AC using Tado, the fan speed is maxed at 3 (my AC can go up to 5), because on the Tado app itself it only has 3 bars. Is there a way to change this? I can’t find the option or a way to relearn the remote again.
