Where to buy parts?

I managed to break the thermostat head nut - it's a bit fragile isn't it?
Can I order spare parts like only the nut itself or the complete set that includes the plastic part (excluding the thermostat)?
If these are not for sale anywhere, can anyone share recommendations of compatible nuts that I could use to replace it? My radiators are M30x1.0

Can I purchase a new jumper for my Extension Kit receiver as I’ve lost it0

Hi,
Where can I buy/order thermostat motor (25BYJ412-56)?

Yeah. I agree. Given that the radiator thermostat head are made entirely from plastic and brake when you get too close when you walk past them, I think that Tado should have a more obvious way to buy spare parts.
I will try to contact support.

25BYJ412-56 circuit board is $5 online but does Tado supply them?0

Nothing very German about these thermostats.
Looks pretty cheap inside for £70, a 30 day guarantee, a $5 stepper motor and cheap Chinese circuit board. No repair stations anywhere that can repair them.
Is this really a German company :-(
You could at least supply the parts for sale.
I'm looking for the 25BYJ412-56 motor including the soldered display ribbon cable.
Can you supply this?
