Why does my boiler start working every now and then when everything is set to off

Hi everyone,

I have 1 smart thermostat in zone 1 with an extension kit for hot water and another smart thermostat in zone 2. Everything is wired as per guide.

Every night I set all thermostats and hot water to off. Still every now and then the boiler starts working for 1 to 1:30 min. This happens from every 10 min to half hour. I already talked to support and I was advised this should not be happening. What's wrong? I know there is frost protection functionality but i was advised this is disabled when everything is in Off mode. See my Off status in the screenshot

    @13uzz Hello - I have no idea and from reading through most of the threads when I joined, I don't think there has been anything similar.

    Just bumping this up to the top of the queue - someone may help.

    Hey guys,

    looks like I had a wire misconnected on the extension kit 🙄. Connected to HW ON instead of HW OFF. Now the system shuts off correctly.
