Why the extension kit gives a very late signal to my boiler?

when I change the temp from my mobile the extension kit doesn't respond very quickly , it takes about 1 or even 2 minutes to turn on the boiler.

this is is an issue because was winter the system was very prompt.


the other problem is that my tado sometimes doesn't notice when a window is opened.
