Plat line issue in reporting not resolved

Options

First time the issue was encountered was 29/01. So how come this is still ongoing?

Should have been resolved now or at least more details should be communicated.

  • Is the data lost or not?
  • What is the root cause for this?
  • Update your customers (last update is 26 hours ago)
  • Are the smart services still working correctly? What is the impact of this issue on the other services / reports?


Please communicate information to paying customers...

    We have been experiencing some ongoing issues with the report and its underlying database. You can find out more about it following this link:

    At the moment, some data might not be accessible but we are working to rectify this. 

    This will not affect your tado° functionality but just the reports in the app.
