Cannot Create A New Home

I previously had Tado v1 in my old house. When I left I gave access to the new owner and revoked my own access.

Upon moving to the new house I have purchased Tado V3+. When I log into the website and the app I get two options:

1) Create a new home

2) Join a home.

If I go through the steps of creating a new home, when I enter my email address I get the following error "The email address is already used for another home".

I do not get any option anywhere to show what homes my email address is already in use with or anywhere where I can revoke it.

    @J_2192 Hello - sounds like your still tied in. Tado.com and use the chat line, they should sort it for you
