How to raise a "support ticket" with Tado

Does anyone know how to do this please? I've tried with a couple of Tado persons on "online chat" today but its clear after several hours they don't understand how Tado modulates a boiler. Can't find a phone number either. Very difficult to talk to anyone technical at Tado who knows their stuff.

    Thanks I tried that and got nowhere as it doesn't recognise anything I put in or need to know.
