Device name wrong on website & app

The device name shows as "Fine8" on the web display and my phone display. When I dig into the Tado settings on the phone app (People -> me -> Mobile Device) it also says Fine8, but I can't change the "Device Name" setting under this. The iOS it displays is correct for the phone. The device name for the phone (Apple Settings...) is not this but something else.

How can I correct this so it displays my phone name correctly?

Thank you for your question.

If you wish to change the device name, please log out of the tado° app (click on 'More' then Sign out) and then log in again. The app will ask you to provide a new name or to reuse the current name for your phone,
