Cannot get v3 bridge to connect
Following a failed v1 to v3 upgrade, I cannot get my internet bridge to connect to tado. the v1 one, was perfect, the new one just fails. In the process of trying to get things working, I deleted the old "home" and now cannot add the v1 devices back in Grrrrrrrr.
I've followed the guide at https://community.tado.com/en-gb/discussion/comment/6546#Comment_6546 and even plugged it in to a neighbours internet connection but the cloud light still flashes.
The last email from support was a "give us the make an model" style email, 3 hours ago. I need this up and running ASAP as the children will be coming home from school soon and it's winter and I need heating...... Why is there not a phone number for Tado!!!!!!
