Low battery on valve but 'good' on app?

Hello,

My radiator won't come on, checked the battery on the valve, the LED is showing low battery but on the app it is showing as full? What do I need to do?

@Bthomson82 Hello. Have you tried replacing the batteries? Instructions here:

Yes, I've replaced them and it worked.

I'm wondering why the app was saying they were fine though?

@Bthomson82 Sorry - I speed read your post. Methinks there are other examples similar to yours - not aware of the fault being identified.
