Mixing Different Brand Wall Stats With Tado

We have a wet underfloor heating system downstairs and rads upstairs.

Individual wall stats in 3 zones and one upstairs on the landing.

One of the stats downstairs has a fault and needs replacing, so it seems a good idea to switch now to Tado.

My question is, do I need to replace all the room stats with Tado to make the system work, or can I just start with by replacing the broken wall stat with a Tado Wall Stat and Bridge Starter kit and change the others later on?

Any help much appreciated!

    @sjf73 Hello. Perhaps could do with a fuller picture of your current setup but will start by saying that all your rads upstairs will require a tado smart TRV. The wall stats that you currently use, need to know what their role is please and also no mention made of hot water system in use. Tado can only support 3 zones but I think from your post that your zones may be different to how tado operates. I would hate to recommend only to find it unable to meet your requirements. Your setup sounds fairly complex and you may be better served by using the chat line on tado.com and giving them a list of your current kit.
