Now that there is no longer a helpline I tried to start a chat - but it says ‘back on Monday’ ‘. This isn’t good enough. We are old and need heating now. Can anyone please help?
@dlarge I am about to leave but just in case someone sees this thread can you give a bit more info please? Is it your boiler not functioning ; your bridge; thermostat etc
Thanks for answering. The answer is I don’t know as they all seem to be ok but not speaking to each other. The boiler has come on for a few minutes once or twice. The thermostat appears to be working but not controlling the temperature. The WiFi also drops out sometimes but the heating isn’t working even when there is a good connection.
