Boiler Not Working

Hi,

I have installed Tado In my home but the boiler is now not working.

My home is a two zone system.

I installed a Tado extension kit to replace a Danfoss TP9000 controller.
I installed Tado smart thermostat to replace a Danfoss TP2 thermostat in zone 1.
I installed a Tado smart thermostat to replace a Danfoss TP4000 in zone 2.

According to Tado App everything is connected and working fine, however, boiler is not starting.

Can anyone help?

    @dg01984 Hello. Have you re-checked to ensure you followed the wiring instructions?

    Hello @dg01984,

    Please contact our technical support via the chat on our website and send them a photo of the wiring of your tado° devices, the exact make and model of your boiler, as well as the make and model of your old room thermostat. They will then be able to verify that everything has been properly installed and that your account is properly configured.

    I’m having the same issue you’re facing with the same Danfoss thermostats/ temperature controllers.
    Hoping you got this resolved and maybe provide the solution.

    Have also contacted support just waiting for them but googling too.
