Change channel away from 868 MHz?

Hi

Is it possible to move the channel/frequency for the Tado system, as it interferes with a receiver I have on 868.3 MHz?

It seems all manufactures uses 868 MHz for some reason. EU ISM band is 863-870 MHz, so why isn't services spread out / grouped in this entire range?

    Hello @larsras,

    Please contact our technical support via the chat on our website and send them the devices you have in your house (and the frequency if you have it) so that they can change the tado° frequency if necessary.
