Is there a fix for no remote access?

I have extension kit, thermostat and bridge set up. The extension kit is repeatedly disconnecting and having to reset full system few times a week. No problems with WiFi.

The heating is also coming on at random times when not asked and no heating scheduled on timers. Often this is the middle of the night!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    @Fiona You really should go the Support on tado.com because they can interrogate your system to find the fault in your setup.

    Fiona I am having the exact same problem and customer support is useless - did you get this sorted?
